Botox

Botulinum toxin type A and botulinum toxin type B are both purified substances, a drug made from a neurotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum called botulinum toxin.

It is used medically to treat certain muscular conditions and cosmetically remove wrinkles by temporarily paralyzing muscles. Once the muscle is weaken it can’t contract itself and therefore it diminishes your unwanted facial wrinkles.

Botox is mostly used temporarily to erase or reduce horizontal forehead lines, vertical frown lines and crow’s-feet.

The result usually last during 6-9 months but sometimes it lasts shorter and sometimes a little longer.

It is possible if you keep the treatments up at regular intervals the treatments can start to last longer as botox makes the muscle slightly smaller but this doesn’t work for everyone. The best is to make sure it doesn’t totally go away before you re-treat however Botox always prevent your wrinkles from getting worse while is acting.

Botox is not performed under general or local anaesthetic and there is no need to rest afterwards so you can perfectly incorporate in your daily routine if you would like to do so.

Lipo Structure

Fat transfer for facial procedures is an excellent alternative to temporary injectable fillers and collagen treatments. It is similar to how injectable fillers work, but includes the first step of fat removal using minimally-invasive liposuction.

Fat transfer that uses your body’s own natural fat to smooth your facial wrinkles and lines, improve your facial contouring, and add volume to your lips has got many benefits such as you as a patient will need fewer treatments because it is your ‘own fat’ that will be rebuilt into your tissue through un injection and will create a more long lasting effect and also achieve a much more natural-looking results.

Dr San Miguel uses Dr.Colemans advanced and famous fat transfer technique called —Lipostrucutre and it is based on a minimally-invasive liposuction done manually where one remove a small amount of fat from a harvest site on your body, basically wherever the patient has some extra fat to donate but normally from areas such as the abdomen, thighs and love handles.

The suctioned fat is specially processed by centrifuging to separate the oil and fluids to isolate the living fat. The centrifugation also concentrates the fat tissues, associated stem cells and growth factors from the unwanted fluids and oil. The processed fat is then carefully placed into the areas to be treated using a safe, blunt-tipped cannula specially designed by Dr. Coleman for this purpose. And by injecting your own body fat in your body it will not be rejected as it can be in some rare cases for other temporary injectable fillers and collagen treatments.

Dermal Fillers

The cosmetic market for hyaluronic acid (HA)-based dermal fillers is in continuous and rapid growth as research has shown that this fluid is produced in the human body naturally and its substance together with our natural collagen are proven ingredients that helps the keep skin stay young. But our own ability to produce new hyaluronic acid and collagen decreases with age.

So by injecting HA and collagen to the skin it doesn’t only diminish face lines but it can also or prolong the time for it to turn in to a deeper wrinkle as it ads nutrition to the skin.

The injection of HA and collagen can be performed under local anaesthetic if one wishes and there is no need to rest afterwards so you can perfectly incorporate in your daily routine if you would like to do so.

The result usually last during 9-12 months and various fillings can be done to obtain a desirable result.
