Dental Implants

It is a surgical component that interfaces with the bone of the jaw or skull to support a dental prosthesis and this is used after a teeth has been extracted.

The implant procedure consists of two parts: The dental implants of the roots in the jawbone and putting on the crown. It takes apx.6 months for the implant to be integrated with the bone before you can finally attached the crown.

In some cases you may not have enough bone to place an implants but then several techniques can be used such as a sinus lift surgery that help correct this problem by raising the sinus floor and developing bone for the placement of the dental implant.
